The strategy doesn’t have to be stressful.  You don’t have to “outsource your brains” to a consulting company that costs millions of dollars. And you can get everyone aligned and accountable to implement the strategy. Our 3-step strategic planning process can eliminate these problems.

Experience

I am an experienced business professional with plenty of business savvy.  Have a strong business background with executive positions in many organizations, including Ford, GE, Xerox, Ernst & Young, and the University of Cincinnati, where I was the Director of Executive Education in the College of Business. I’ve been a leader in several of these companies. That helped me to understand the challenges and frustrations of senior-level executives. As a strategic plan consultant, I can easily understand their challenges,  frustrations, and relate to them.  I have an MBA with a concentration in marketing and finance.

I’ve spent the last ten years as an executive coach helping executives become better leaders. I work with small to large organizations, including the ones shown at the bottom of this page. We know how to develop leaders. We have worked with hundreds of top-level executives and emerging leaders in programs around the world. All of our coaching engagements are 100% customized and are unique to the needs of the client. There’s no cookie-cutter approach with our unique executive coaching process. Our sister company Professional Learning Systems has been conducting training programs since 1989. 

Focused Process

I use a 3-part strategic planning process that I’d like to share with you. It is a proven strategic planning process used by executives who want results. It gets everyone on the same page and allows you to:

  • Answer the most important strategic questions to give your organization an edge.
  • Agree on only the most important priorities required for success, and 
  • Create accountability and structure to make sure that your strategy actually gets implemented.

Strategic Planning TeamIt’s a very focused approach and much less expensive than consulting firms’ rates.  The process uses your own leaders to develop the plan with my help as their facilitator. 

If you’re local, we can meet and I will share with your the process. Dayton, Columbus, Cleveland, Indianapolis, Louisville, Lexington are all within a two-hour drive of Cincinnati. I have another office and clients in Naples Florida.  I can also meet with you face-to-face if I’m in town.   

If you are in another location, let’s use Zoom, Webex, or Skype.  You can schedule a short 30-minute introductory meeting with me by accessing my calendar and availability below. This brief meeting will help me understand your situation and objectives for growing your organization.

At the end of the call, one of two things will happen:

  • You enjoyed our call but prefer not to do anything at this time.  If that’s the case, then we’ll go our separate ways, so there is no risk to you.
  • If you feel this meeting went well and want to continue our discussion,  we will schedule another follow-up meeting. I’ll walk you through the 3-step strategic planning process and answer your questions.
